What is LEGO Serious Play?
LEGO Serious Play is a powerful neuroscience based approach to unlock untapped know;edge. It is a facilitated technique where people use LEGO bricks to build things that represent personal or business challenges.
Who invented LEGO Serious Play?
LEGO Serious Play was developed in 1996 by LEGO as a key strategy tool. Organizational development specialists tested and perfected it over the following ten years.
How does it work?
The LEGO Serious Play process is based on four steps:
- The facilitator poses a challenge to the participants
- All participants build their own answers using LEGO (Everyone has exactly the same LEGO)
- All the participants share their answers with the others
- Everyone reflects on what was built and said
Who do you work with?
I work with individuals and teams of all sizes. I’ve worked with organisations in the public and private sector, charities and individuals. Usually they are facing challenges that require action to move forward.
What does it cost?
Every workshop is tailored to your requirements, so the cost will reflect that. Usually it will be in the range of other facilitated workshops and consultants.
