Mike - The LEGO Guy is passionate about LEGO Serious Play, and it’s ability to produce great results fast.

Mike is a Certified LEGO Serious Play Facilitator. He has run many successful workshops around NZ over four years.

Mike has enabled organisations in the private and public sectors, individuals, couples, charities and sports club. They have all played with purpose and built a better future faster.

Facilitation Training

​Mike loves to train people in the LEGO Serious Play Method and process.

LEGO Serious Play is open source so anyone can use it. However it is important to learn properly and have continued support from an experienced facilitator and trainer.

LEGO Serious Play seems simple but there are many subtleties to the process that need to be learned from someone with years of experience.
